Our tikka masala blend is a spicy, aromatic mix of warming spices which can be used to make curries or as a flavouring for a variety of Indian dishes. The perfect blend for a Chicken Tikka curry!
Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch.
Suggested uses for this blend:
• Mix with a little oil and uses as a chicken or fish rub.
• Stir into mayonnaise or yoghurt to make a dip for veggies or crisps.
• To make a pour-over tikka curry sauce (great over chips and potato wedges): make a basic curry sauce using onions, tomatoes and water and add the tikka masala when frying off the onions. (be careful not to allow it to burn or the spices will take on a bitter flavour)
•Add a little to a breadcrumb coating for chicken or fish to bring the flavours of India to the table!
