Moroccan Ras El Hanout Seasoning
Authentic Moroccan blend, perfect in tagines or used in baking. Flavoursome & aromatic.
Made with a warming blend of spices including black pepper, pimento, ginger, nutmeg and cardamom. Mild and deep in flavour, sweeten up with dried apricots.
Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe.
Suggested uses for this blend:
• Use it to create a one-pot Moroccan Lamb Tagine or Potjie. Add a little seasoning to cous cous.
• Mix with a little oil and marinade chicken or meat. Make eastern-style chicken BBQ skewers with apricots, onion and peppers.
• Make it vegan buy swopping the meat for roasted cauliflower!
• Stir into mayonnaise or yoghurt to make a dip by adding some seasoning, chopped mint and lemon, great for veggie dipping and with potatoes wedges.
