Middle Eastern Baharat Seasoning
Baharat is a spice blend used in Middle Eastern cuisines. The mixture is often used to season lamb and mutton, fish, chicken, beef, and soups, and may also be used as a condiment.
Our blend contains a warm blend including cumin, cardamon, cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice. Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe for Baharat Baked Chicken & potatoes.
Suggested uses for this blend:
• Make traditional lentil and lamb dishes.
• Mix with a little oil and marinade chicken, lamb chops or meat.
• Sprinkle over roasted vegetables or potatoes with a squeeze of lemon.
• Use to flavour lamb mince koftas!
