Our Jamaican Jerk Chicken is full of flavour, made with the dry heat of cayenne and the sweetness of allspice, cinnamon and onion.
This recipe works well in an oven or on a BBQ or grill, only needs 3 ingredients and is perfect for mid-week meals. Serve with salad, chips or traditional rice and peas.
