Harissa and Honey Halloumi
Grilled halloumi skewers made fresh with a tomato and garlic base with hint of chilli and the fresh taste of mint and caraway seeds to give a unique and distinct North African flavour. Drizzled with sweet honey for a sticky glaze.
You only needs a few ingredients and is perfect for mid-week meals. Serve with roasted vegetables, salad or a side of your choice.
