Create an hearty Zigni (Eritrean Beef Stew). Aromatic, warming and deep in flavour. Our recipe includes beef, tomatoes and dry red wine (optional). Can also be made with Chicken.
Hearty and warm, perfect for cooler weather or entertaining. You only need a few ingredients and a deep bottomed pan. Contains no sugar.
Berbere is a spice mix used in many Eritrean and Ethiopian dishes. It contains a sweet and spicy warming blend of spices including cloves, fenugreek, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, chillies, garlic and ginger.
