Made from premium spices, our rich yellow Malaysian curry powder is a blend of warm spices including turmeric, coriander, chilli, black pepper and cinnamon.

Malaysian cuisine is influenced by China, India and the Middle East due to historical shipping routes. The Malaysian curry powder is a wonderfully balanced fusion of these cultures and this is reflected in its ingredients. Popular in the Cape Region, makes a great Bobotie.

Packed in a 100g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe.

Suggested uses for this blend:

• Also perfect mixed with oil to make an Malaysian-style marinade or simply rubbed on to chicken, fish or meat. Great for grilling or summer BBQ's.

• Perfect for a quick Malay chicken and coconut milk curry or soup.

• Use to create a classic mince Bobotie (recipe included)

• Try mixing a little into mayonnaise with a touch of chutney for a tasty dip for chips or veggies.
