Korma Curry Powder

Korma is a popular dish for people who don’t like fiery curries, it has a mild creamy sauce and works lovely with coconut or plant-milks.

Our korma curry powder is a mild and fragrantly-spiced blend including coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin and fennel, made so you can create creamy kormas and delicious spiced Indian dishes in the comfort of your own home.

Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe.

Suggested uses for this blend:

• Create a taste prawn korma with a strong, natural yellow hue from the turmeric. For a vegan version replace the prawns with cauliflower and chickpeas.

• Also great mixed with oil to make a Asian-style marinade or simply rubbed on to chicken, fish or vegetables. Great for grilling or summer BBQ's.

• Add to soups, stews and hummus for extra flavour.

• Mix with low fat yogurt or mayonnaise to make a dip, or sprinkle over rice, potatoes or chips.

With no added sugar or artificial ingredients, this seasoning is also perfect for Slimming Club groups.
