Our tasty North African inspired Harissa seasoning combines a chilli kick with the fresh taste of mint and caraway seeds to give a unique and distinct flavour to cous cous, lamb dishes and chicken.
Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe.
Suggested uses for this blend:
• Add this spice blend straight to dishes while cooking or mix with a light oil to make your own Harissa paste.
• Add harissa spice to olive oil and drizzle on the top of hummus, stir into couscous and grain based dishes.
• This fiery blend of classic spices can also be used in a variety of ways, a little goes a long way, so use sparingly, used as a dry rub or wet marinade it adds flavour to fish, meat and vegetables.
• Add to minced lamb or beef with a little chopped onion to make your own spicy burgers
• Add to lamb stews or tomato based pasta.
• Try mixing a little into mayonnaise for a tasty dip.
