This intensely delicious Beef Curry is ALL the flavour and fragrance of Pakistan and North India in one delicious seasoning.
It has a mild flavour and is traditionally made with tomatoes, garlic and ginger and it is great as a saucy curry. It is usually cooked with chicken or lamb, but beef or vegetables also works well. If you prefer a spicier curry, add some extra chilli powder to the dish while cooking.
Cream or yoghurt can be added if you like a creamy curry. Serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves, alongside basmati rice and/or naan bread.
Packed in a 75g re-sealable pouch. Includes recipe.
Suggested uses for this blend:
• Swop the meat for sweet potato, veggies and butternut for a meat-free version. Replace the yoghurt with soya or coconut yoghurt.
• Mix with a little oil and marinade chicken, prawns, or meat.
• Use to flavour soups, stews, sauces, marinades, meat and vegetables!
• Stir into mayonnaise or yoghurt to make a hot and spicy balti dip.
