White Rice Flour 500g
A Gluten Free alternative to Wheat flour, White Rice Flour is made by grinding white rice grains.
White Rice Flour can be used to thicken soups, as a replacement for Wheat flour in pancakes, biscuit and cake recipes.
When fried, rice flour produces a much crispier result due to it not absorbing so much oil when cooking.
Often used in Asian cooking.
