Our Smokey Texas Style Seasoning is a great all-purpose seasoning if you want to add some depth and flavour to everyday dishes! Blended with smoked paprika, cumin, chilli & mustard seeds for a mild to medium seasoning.

Suggested uses for this blend:
• Use as a rub for chicken, fish, meat and vegetables or mix with oil to make a marinade.
• Perfect for BBQ season, baste ribs, chicken or pork steaks.
• Make pulled pork or pulled chicken, serve on crusty bread rolls.
• Mix with breadcrumbs or batter mix to make a Southern-style fried chicken
• Mix with mayo or yoghurt for a sweet and smokey dip.
