Suggested uses for this blend:
• An unbeatable blend, mix peri-peri seasoning with olive oil and drizzle on top of chicken prior to cooking or use as a dry rub or wet marinade to add flavour. Make your own Nandos style chicken at home!
•'Seasoning works on poultry, fish, meat and veg! If you prefer a peri peri sauce instead of a marinade, blend seasoning with olive oil, lemon juice and tomato paste and pulse in a blender.
• Great for marinating meat before barbecuing.
• Toss with fries or over potato wedges for a spicy twist.
• Add to mayonnaise to make a tasty a tasty peri-naise!
